JobPod.ai is an AI-powered hiring marketplace that connects candidates and hiring managers through voice-based candidate profiles called JobPods.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use JobPod.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Candidate Terms

Candidates grant JobPod.ai a limited license to process, store, and present their interview recordings and generated JobPod reports to verified hiring managers. Candidates may delete their account and associated data at any time.

5. Hiring Manager Terms

Hiring managers agree to use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Sharing, reselling, or misusing candidate data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6. AI-Generated Content

JobPod reports are generated by AI and are intended as a supplementary hiring tool. JobPod.ai makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content. Hiring decisions should never be based solely on AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

JobPod.ai reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time from their dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

JobPod.ai is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPod.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
