2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the JobPod.ai service, generate AI JobPod reports, match candidates with relevant hiring managers, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Voice and Interview Data
Your onboarding interview recording is stored securely and used solely to generate your JobPod report. You may request deletion of your interview recording at any time. We never sell or share voice data with third parties.
4. Identity Verification
Identity verification is powered by Stripe Identity. We store only the verification status (verified/unverified) — we never store your government ID or biometric data. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of verification data.
5. Data Sharing
We share candidate profile information with verified hiring managers who have active subscriptions. We never sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (Stripe, ElevenLabs, Twilio) solely to provide our service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@jobpod.ai. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure — please use a strong unique password.
